Eva May Castle, 85, of Largo, Fl and formerly of Xenia, died Saturday, April 18, 2026 at her daughter’s residence.
She was born August 12, 1940, in Richmond, KY, the daughter of Melvin and Christine (Keene) Masters. Eva received her Bachelor of Science in Computer Programing from Wright State University. She retired from WPAFB after 25 years as a computer programmer. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her K-9 companion, Elvis.
Eva is survived by daughters, Denise Castle and Deborah Everhart; grandchildren, Hannah Everhart and Dustin Lazzarine; brother, Buddy (Louise) Masters. She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Christine (Keene) Masters; step-father, Gale Wallace; sister, Bernice Masters; and brother, Larry Wallace.
Funeral service will be held 11:30 AM Thursday, April 23rd, at McColaugh Funeral Home in Xenia, where visitation will be held from 10:30 AM until the time of service. Interment will follow at Woodland Cemetery in Xenia.
