PATRICIA'S OBITUARY

Patricia Ann Knapik, 81, of Xenia, passed away Sunday, January 16, 2022, at Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton. She was born January 5, 1941, in Xenia, Ohio, the daughter of Raymond A. and Irene E. (Harlow) Hilderbrandt. She was a graduate of Xenia High School, and was a member of St. Brigid Church. She is survived by her husband, John Knapik, whom she married, March 28, 1987, a son, Scott Hughes, two grandchildren, Jessee Hughes and Cody Hughes, all of Xenia, by a sister, Brenda Wolfe, by numerous nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, and by brother, Terry L. (Connie) Hilderbrandt. Pat will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in St. Brigid Cemetery, Xenia. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105-8859, in her memory.
