Priscilla Virginia Hargrave Simpson

GAHANNA, Ohio Priscilla Virginia Hargrave Simpson, 71 of Gahanna, Ohio passed away on March 17, 2013 at Mount Carmel St. Ann's Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. She was born May 23, 1942 in Xenia, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her parents Benson D. Hargrave and Helen E. Hargrave and brothers James F., Benson E., Herschell H. Sr., and John D. Hargrave, Sr. She is survived by her daughter Marketta L. Simpson Lane, her son Timothy E. Simpson and husband Dr. Thomas E. Simpson of Columbus, Ohio. Priscilla loved and cared for her grandchildren Adrian C. Thomas, Autumn C. Thomas and Arion C. Thomas. Priscilla's Christian life and testimony touched and brought change to all she met. She served as an ordained Evangelist of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She participated in ministry at Marysville Women's Prison and Pre-Release Center, in women's prayer groups and nursing home visitation ministry. She lived a life that showed what she believed. Priscilla is missed and lovingly remembered by her brother Edward L. (Louise) Hargrave, sisters Janet A. Hargarve, Lela J. Hargrave, Linda S. Hargrave, Marva D. Hargrave, Gayenelle L. (Kevin) Sloan and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
